Group Move-In
Group Move-In
If you are a member of a group, organization or team that requires you to move-in earlier than your standard move-in dates, information will be sent to your BGSU email account with details about your groups early move-in process from either the leader of your group or the Office of Student Housing.

New and Transfer Students
If you are in one of the below groups you MUST select a move-in time during the date(s) required. If no times are available on the date(s) you are required to move in, call the Office of Student Housing and we will work with you to schedule a move-in time.
Returning Students
If you are in one of the below groups your Director will notify our office of the required move-in date and we will auto-assign your move-in time. You can find your move-in time on your Housing Portal homepage no later than Aug. 8.
